Regional Marketer (Swedish Speaking)
Location: Birmingham - Hybrid working
Coverage: UK and Nordic region
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000
*We are open to exploring junior candidates as well, our primary focus is finding someone fluent in native Swedish with a background in marketing*
Role Overview
This role focuses on executing regional marketing activities across two markets, delivering campaigns, events, and localised content that support both new business and existing customers.
The position is execution-led, ensuring central marketing plans are effectively adapted for local markets, while supporting sales teams with timely follow-up and activation. The UK acts as the primary hub, with responsibility for ensuring strong localisation and relevance in the secondary market.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver campaigns, events, and webinars across both markets
- Adapt and localise content for regional relevance
- Support sales through lead follow-up and account-based activity
- Execute customer marketing to drive retention and growth
- Coordinate PR activities and support partnerships
- Collaborate with central teams on planning and assets
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery and flag risks early
- Maintain accuracy of local materials and support post-event follow-up
Accountabilities
- Execute marketing activities on time and to a high standard
- Ensure content is effectively localised and relevant
- Support pipeline progression through strong execution and follow-up
- Enable sales teams with ready-to-use materials and actions
- Deliver consistent and high-quality campaign and event outcomes
