Position: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Location: Somerset (Commutable from, Sherborne, Yeovil, Glastonbury, Shepton Mallet, Bruton, Wincanton and surrounding areas) Salary: £45,000

- £48,000 Bonus Shift: Monday to Friday (Double Days) Are you a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge? Zest Engineering are working closely with a highly reputable food manufacturer in the heart of Somerset looking to expand its team due to internal growth within the business! Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance tasks across a range of systems.
* Carry out breakdown fault finding and maintenance on production machinery.
* Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
* Conduct root cause analysis to identify and solve equipment failures and recurring issues.
* Maintain and optimise steam systems, ensuring they run safely and efficiently.
* Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve overall equipment performance.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role (electrical and mechanical).
* Previous experience working within food manufacturing.
* Strong experience in continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
* In-depth knowledge of steam systems and associated equipment.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance.
* Flexibility with hours as when needed.
