THE CANDIDATE:• Applications are sought from NQ Solicitors and upwards who can demonstrate experience dealing with credit hire matters.• The successful candidate will understand the litigation process and possess strong analytical, drafting and negotiation skills.• Confidence when managing an independent caseload is essential, coupled with an eagerness to take the next step alongside the support of an experienced team.• Experience of motor claims, personal injury or insurance litigation would also be advantageous to the application process.
