Remote Working

£60-65/hr (umbrella)

To start in June/July - this could be a really nice opportunity if you are currently in a permanent role and wanting to locum.

About the Role:

• Sellick Partnership is looking for an Adult Social Care Lawyer to join a friendly local authority team on a remote working basis with a start date of June/July. This is an exciting opportunity to join our respected and competent team.

Key Responsibilities of an Adult Social Care Lawyer include:

• Managing a caseload of a range of ASC matters
• To advise on sensitive ASC matters
• Deprivation of Liberty (DOLs)
• Court of Protection (COP)

Desirable Skills and Requirements of an Adult Social Care Lawyer:

• Previous experience working in Adult Social Care
• Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities

Due to the start date being June/July, we welcome applicants from permanent roles with longer notice periods. This is a great opportunity to delve into the locum market!
