Job Title: Team Leader Assistant Location: Spalding (PE11) Pay Rate: Days £13.37/h overtime £16.71 per hour | Nights £14.37/h overtime £17.97/h Contract Type: Temp to Perm (permanent contract after 12 weeks) Shifts: Continental 2-2-3 | 12-hour shifts | 8am8pm | 8pm-8am Magnus Search are currently recruiting for Team Leader Assistants to join our client, a well-established and fast-growing fruit supplier based in Spalding (PE11).

You will work within a busy food production environment, helping to oversee workflow, maintain quality standards, and ensure all daily tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to guide others.
