Professional Negligence PartnerLocation: LondonLevel: PartnerSalary: On applicationThe RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an established Professional Negligence Partner to join a successful and ambitious team in London.This is a strategic lateral hire for a Partner with a strong track record in professional negligence, professional indemnity and insurance litigation, who is looking for an opportunity to further develop their practice and play a key role in the continued growth of the team.The successful candidate will act for leading insurer clients on a varied portfolio of complex professional liability matters, with a particular focus on claims involving solicitors, financial advisers, insurance brokers and other professionals.The role offers the opportunity to work on high-quality and commercially significant matters while developing and strengthening existing client relationships and contributing to the strategic growth of the practice.The CandidateThe firm is seeking an established Partner with a strong reputation and proven track record in professional negligence and/or professional indemnity litigation.The successful candidate will ideally have:A strong and established practice in professional negligence, professional indemnity and/or insurance litigationSignificant experience acting for insurers and professional clientsA proven track record of handling complex and high-value professional liability claimsStrong relationships with insurer clients, brokers and/or professionalsA demonstrable track record in business development and client relationship managementExcellent technical and commercial skillsThe ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic and ambitious teamA genuine desire to contribute to the continued growth and development of the practiceThis is an excellent opportunity for an established Partner looking to join a forward-thinking team where they can build on their existing practice, strengthen client relationships and play a significant role in the future growth of the professional negligence offering.HOW TO APPLY:Contact Pasquale Agatiello at eNL on or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
