Business Development Manage Complex Care Provider Full Time | Competitive Salary + Bonus | Hybrid Working Available We are an established and growing Complex Care Provider delivering high-quality, person-centred care to adults and children with complex health needs within their own homes and communities. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to join our team and play a key role in expanding our services, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth. About the Role As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with commissioners and healthcare professionals, and promoting our specialist complex care services across the region. You will work closely with operational teams to support growth while ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are maintained. Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities within the complex care sector * Build and maintain strong relationships with ICBs, case managers, local authorities, NHS professionals, and private commissioners * Promote the organisation’s complex care services to external stakeholders * Lead on tender opportunities, proposals, and business presentations * Support mobilisation of new care packages and service contracts * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities * Work collaboratively with clinical and operational teams to ensure successful service delivery * Attend networking events, industry meetings, and conferences * Contribute to strategic growth plans and business targets About You The ideal candidate will have: * Proven experience in business development within health and social care or complex care services * Strong understanding of the complex care market, including NHS and local authority commissioning * Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Experience managing tenders and securing new business opportunities * Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking * Excellent communication and presentation skills * A motivated, proactive, and target-driven approach Essential Requirements * Previous experience within complex care, healthcare staffing, domiciliary care, or specialist care services * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects What We Offer * Competitive salary plus performance-related bonus * Hybrid working opportunities * Career progression within a growing organisation * Supportive leadership team * Ongoing training and professional development * Company pension scheme * Opportunity to make a real impact within a growing complex care provider About Us We are passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred care that enables individuals with complex needs to live safely and independently in their own homes.
