We’re looking for a confident Level 3 EYFS Practitioner to join a welcoming primary school in Hammersmith and Fulham.
If you’re someone who can step in, take initiative, and create a calm, engaging space for young learners, this could be a great fit.
The Role
You’ll be supporting within a busy EYFS setting, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can thrive.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll:
Support learning through play and child-led activities
Work confidently as part of a team
Bring energy, structure, and consistency to the setting
Key Details
Start: Immediate (following a successful trial)
Hours: 7:30–3:30 and 10:00–6:00 (shift pattern)
Location: Hammersmith and Fulham

A Level 3 EYFS qualification (essential, must count in ratios)
Experience in a Nursery or school-based EYFS setting
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Confidence supporting play-based learning
Reliable, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running

All pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This role is temporary, with the potential to become permanent.
