Civil Site Manager / Civil Site Supervisor – Exeter 📍 Location: Exeter 💷 Rate: Excellent hourly rate (DOE) 🕒 Long-term opportunity 🏢 MMC Workforce Solutions MMC Workforce Solutions is recruiting an experienced Civil Site Manager / Civil Site Supervisor for a major civils project in Exeter. This is a hands-on site leadership role, driving the project forward on a day-to-day basis while ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to programme. The Role * Manage and supervise day-to-day site operations. * Lead gangs carrying out deep drainage and heavy civils works. * Drive productivity and maintain programme targets. * Coordinate subcontractors, plant and materials. * Ensure the highest standards of health, safety and quality. * Liaise with engineers, project management and the client. * Resolve site issues quickly and keep works progressing. Essential Requirements * Proven experience supervising heavy civils and drainage projects. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * SSSTS or SMSTS. * CSCS Card. * First Aid at Work (preferred). * Ability to read drawings and coordinate site activities. * Full UK driving licence.
