Immediate start available. The Role As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
Your focus will include: Leading and developing your team Driving sales and controlling costs Delivering excellent guest service Managing rotas, labour, and productivity Maintaining food safety, health & safety, and brand standards Coaching team members to grow performance Creating a positive, high-energy culture in store
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will lead from the front.
What Were Looking For Previous management experience in QSR, hospitality, retail, or food service Strong people leadership and coaching skills Commercial awareness with a focus on sales and profit High standards and attention to detail Calm under pressure in a busy trading environment Positive attitude with real ownership mentality Must be able to travel to site
Hours Store opening hours: 11:00am 11:00pm, Monday to Sunday Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods
