Are you someone who brings clarity, structure and confidence to complex HR activity? We’re looking for an HR Operations Partner to help shape and strengthen how HR policy, process and compliance are governed across the organisation. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our HR operating discipline — making sure our policies, processes, controls and guidance are clear, current, legally compliant and easy to use. You’ll work closely with Centres of Excellence, BUHR and HR Operations colleagues to turn legal, policy and process change into practical action, helping managers and employees experience HR services that are consistent, well-governed and user-friendly.
