As you develop, you’ll become a key point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and delivering 10/10 customer service. You’ll be responsible for: * Managing customer queries and communications * Coordinating and monitoring shipments * Keeping customers updated throughout their movements * Building strong, genuine customer relationships * Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Identifying and resolving issues proactively * Working closely with the wider transport team * Taking ownership and seeing tasks through from start to finish What are we looking for? Ideally, you’ll have 2+ years’ experience within transport, logistics or freight.
