Global ITGC & SOX Controls Leader

Stealth AI Startup is seeking an experienced IT SOX leader to own the ITGC SOX programme across a global tech estate. You will design, implement and embed a robust controls framework in collaboration with IT, Finance, Security and Internal Audit.

You will report to the VP of SOX & Internal Controls and lead the end-to-end delivery of SOX readiness, driving remediation plans and engaging internal and external auditors to ensure regulatory compliance across international operations.
