What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Recent Experience: You’re either currently a Children's Home Team Leader or an experienced Children's Residential Support Worker ready to take the next step.
*
A Relevant Qualification: A Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is essential.
*
A Full UK Driving Licence: You’ll need to be mobile to support the home and the young people we care for.
