Mechanic / HGV Technician

HGV Mechanic - Experienced We are looking for an experienced HGV mechanic who is a team player and can service and repair HGVs to MOT standard. We require someone reliable, flexible, hardworking, and able to communicate effectively, with a strong commitment to Health & Safety. Hours: Monday to Friday, typically 7:00am - 5:00pm. Occasional Saturdays may be required. Salary: Negotiable depending on experience. Responsibilities: Report all vehicle defects to the garage manager. Conduct safety inspections, routine maintenance, and repairs to the highest standards. Perform thorough inspections following DVSA guidelines. Complete safety inspection sheets and job write-ups using provided tablets. Requirements: Proven experience as an HGV mechanic. Current driving licence essential; HGV licence beneficial but not essential.
