The business transforms greenfield sites into fully operational industrial facilities and undertakes full refurbishment of existing steel-frame buildings, including cladding replacement and structural upgrades. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong industrial background.Your new roleAs Site Manager, you will oversee multiple industrial construction and refurbishment projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery. You will manage steel-frame builds from foundations through to cladding and roofing, coordinate groundworks including drainage and concrete slabs, and lead refurbishment programmes on existing industrial warehouses. You will be based centrally in the Midlands, with projects typically around Northampton, but you must be comfortable travelling to sites across the region.
