Clinical Lead Nurse

We are recruiting for an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead Nurse to join a well-established nursing home in Barton-on-Sea. The Role * Position: Clinical Lead Nurse * Hours: 36 hours per week * Shift Pattern: Primarily day shifts, with flexibility to cover day and night shifts when required As Clinical Lead Nurse, you will support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and provide clinical leadership to the nursing and care team.
