We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new, four-bedroom children's residential home in Basingstoke, specialising in Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and complex needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a service from the ground up, recruit your own team and deliver high-quality, therapeutic care to children and young people.

Key Responsibilities

·Lead the setup and Ofsted registration of the home.

·Recruit, train and manage a high-performing care team.

·Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards.

·Deliver high-quality, child-centred care and positive outcomes.

·Build relationships with Local Authorities and placement teams.

·Manage budgets, occupancy and operational performance.

About You

·Experience managing a children's residential home, ideally specialising in EBD.

·Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding.

·Proven leadership, recruitment and team management skills.

·Established relationships with Local Authorities.

·Relevant qualifications and experience to meet Registered Manager requirements.
