Salesforce Architect

This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Salesforce professional to join a growing financial services business and play lead role in the continued development of Salesforce across the organisation. As the successful applicant you will be responsible for defining, designing, and delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions, combining strategic functional leadership with hands-on configuration and build responsibilities. You will act as the bridge between business and technology while actively contributing to solution implementation on the platform. You will ensure that business requirements are translated into scalable, user-centric solutions, while also directly configuring and delivering core platform capabilities such as data models, automation, and security. You will take ownership for Solution Design & Architecture, Hands-On Configuration & Build, Administrative & Operational Support, Stakeholder Engagement & Requirement Management, Vendor & Partner Management, Governance & Best Practices, Delivery, Testing & Support a selection of your key duties.

To be considered you will be able to demonstrate experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem, across functional, development, administrative, and solution delivery roles. A proven ability to design and configure solutions, including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and security models. A solid understanding of Salesforce data modelling, security, and reporting and experience translating business requirements into functional designs, user stories, and solutions. Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills are essential as is experience with Salesforce administration, including Data management, report, and dashboard creation.
