Commercial Building Surveyor

Job Description Hello Recruitment Services Limited are working with an established and growing main contractor in Hull who are looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to their commercial team. Managing projects commercially from tender through to final account Estimating, cost planning and tender submissions Subcontractor procurement and valuations Cost reporting, cash flow and variations Working closely with project and site teams 5+ years QS experience within construction Strong knowledge of JCT & NEC contracts Excellent commercial and negotiation skills Relevant degree, HNC or equivalent experience Competitive salary Car allowance 25 days holiday + bank holidays Excellent health & wellbeing package Pension Support towards RICS chartership Clear progression towards Senior QS / Commercial Manager - The successful candidate will work across a variety of public and private sector projects, with healthcare, defence, retail, education and commercial experience all relevant.
