Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions Analyse drawings, specifications, and project documentation Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations Identify project risks and opportunities during the tender process Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure competitive bids Support the handover of successful projects to operations teams The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in an Estimator role within xwzovoh construction Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Excellent communication and organisational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software Skills: Construction Estimating Build
