Document Controller 📍 Hammersmith, West London (Hybrid Working) 📅 6-Month Initial Contract 💰 Competitive Day Rate We’re currently supporting a leading construction and project delivery business on a major infrastructure project in West London and are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join the team. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience working on large-scale construction, MEP, or mission-critical projects who is confident managing project documentation, coordinating teams, and helping drive project delivery. The Role You’ll be responsible for supporting the project team by managing documentation processes, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring key deliverables are completed on time. Key Responsibilities * Reviewing project documentation to ensure works can progress efficiently * Managing and leading meetings focused on documentation close-out * Holding daily and weekly coordination calls with project teams and subcontractors * Tracking outstanding actions and maintaining progress across deliverables * Escalating key issues or blockers to the CX Manager where required What We’re Looking For * Previous experience as a Document Controller within construction, MEP, infrastructure, or mission-critical environments * Strong organisational and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities * Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment Contract Details * Hybrid working (mix of site and remote) * West London-based project * 6-month initial contract * Competitive day rate * Immediate starts or short notice preferred If you’re interested in hearing more, please apply with your latest CV for a confidential discussion
