Were looking for a commercially minded Senior Product Developer with strong apparel expertise across menswear and womenswear to join a fast-growing product and sourcing team based in Watford. Youll take ownership from concept through to production, working on performance-led apparel collections with international suppliers and high-profile licensed brands.
What Youll Be Doing
Driving product development across multi-season apparel collections
Collaborating closely with design, sourcing, and operations teams
Managing fit, fabrics, trims, construction, and supplier communication
Owning critical path deadlines from proto to production
Reviewing lab dips, strike-offs, PP samples, and garment approvals
Supporting costings, FOB negotiations, and supplier allocation
Ensuring products meet premium quality and performance standards
What xwzovoh Were Looking For
5+ years experience in apparel product development
Background in sportswear, activewear, or athleisure
Strong knowledge of garment construction and fit
Experience working with Far East suppliers
