Your New RoleAs a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will play a key part in overseeing and delivering projects from early concept through to completion.
Working closely with directors and project leads, your responsibilities will include: Leading the production of detailed technical drawings, construction packages and specifications Managing planning applications and building regulation submissions Coordinating with clients, contractors, consultants and local authorities Providing technical leadership and mentoring junior team members Ensuring compliance with current UK building regulations, standards and best practice Overseeing project delivery across all relevant RIBA stages Reviewing and checking technical information produced by the wider team Supporting contract administration and site inspections where required What You'll Need to Succeed Significant experience working within an architectural practice (typically 5 years) Strong technical background with proven ability to deliver detailed design packages Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience highly advantageous Excellent understanding of UK building regulations and construction methodologies Strong coordination, communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently A proactive, organised and collaborative approach to project delivery What You'll Get in Return Competitive salary reflective of senior-level experience Standard company pension 21 days holiday plus bank holidays Free on-site parking Flexible working hours/Potential hybrid working Long-term job security within a stable, friendly and expanding practice What You Need to Do NowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or contact us today.If this job isn't quite right for you but you are looking for a new position, please get in touch for a confidential discussion about your career. xwzovoh
