Chief Claims Operations & Excellence – UK & Lloyd’s

AXA XL in London seeks a strategic Head of Claims Operations to lead the UK & Lloyd's claims agenda, governance, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across the organisation.

You will partner with the Claims Leadership Team, deliver operational strategy, manage change, board reporting, and external market alignment, with a hybrid working arrangement.

This role requires deep experience in London Market, performance analytics and stakeholder engagement at board level.
