Maintenance Assistant (Part-Time) Cambridge (CB5) £14.00 per hour Immediate Start Available We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Assistant to join their team in Cambridge (CB5). This is a part-time opportunity offering 20 hours per week, with working hours of: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm Flexibility available where required Key Responsibilities: Carrying out general maintenance and repairs Basic painting, decorating and upkeep tasks Ensuring communal areas and facilities are maintained to a high standard Responding to maintenance issues in a timely manner Supporting the wider team with general site duties The Ideal Candidate: Has previous maintenance, caretaking or facilities experience Is practical and confident using basic tools Has good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Can work independently and manage their workload effectively Is reliable, punctual and proactive What's on Offer? £14.00 per hour Part-time hours with flexibility available Immediate start for the successful candidateIf you're looking for a part-time maintenance role and can start straight away, we'd love to hear from you.
