We are seeking an Outsourcing/Bookkeeping Manager and/or Supervisor for a dynamic and extremely reputable Firm of Accountants based in Liverpool City Centre. Lead and manage a diverse outsourcing portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact for clients. Oversee and sign off bookkeeping, VAT returns, management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities for outsourced projects. Ensure all client deliverables meet SLAs, statutory deadlines, and compliance with UK GAAP and HMRC rules. Present management accounts with commentary, insights, and recommendations to support client decision-making. Manage and develop outsourcing seniors and juniors, including capacity planning, performance reviews, and training. Drive process improvements, standardisation, and automation across outsourced finance operations. Oversee system implementation and optimisation projects. Monitor budgets, profitability, WIP, billing, and service scope to ensure commercial performance. Identify and deliver advisory opportunities such as process enhancement, reporting improvements, and finance function transformation.
