Haulage Coordinator

In this permanent role, you'll use data and market insights to optimise transport operations, improve profitability, and support strategic decision-making. What you will get in your new role * Salary £38,000 per annum dependent on experience, plus bonus * 25 days annual leave * Company pension * Private Healthcare Responsibilities in your new role as a Haulage Coordinator As a Haulage Coordinator, you'll use data to support the ongoing performance and efficiency of the business. Your responsibilities will include: * Optimising transport routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs * Work closely with hauliers to identify backhaul opportunities * Monitor haulage rates and analyse UK transport market trends * Maintain and update transport pricing and cost models * Create reports and provide insights to support business decisions Your personality, experience and qualifications We are looking for a commercially aware and analytical professional with experience in a data, pricing, operations or logistics role. You will ideally have a background in manufacturing, production or haulage. You will have: * Previous experience in an analytical or commercially focused position * Strong numerical and data analysis skills * Experience monitoring and reporting on KPIs * Ability to identify trends and turn data into actionable insights * Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills * Confidence presenting information to different stakeholders Apply now!
