Head of Property & Asset Performance

We are seeking an experienced property professional to lead the commercial and operational performance of a large, high-profile estate. Working across property management, lease management, service charge governance and stakeholder engagement, you will play a key role in safeguarding asset value while delivering an exceptional occupier experience.

The successful candidate will be a commercially astute RICS-qualified surveyor (or equivalent) with significant experience managing complex, multi-let assets. You will be confident interpreting leases, leading governance and compliance, managing service charge budgets and building strong relationships with occupiers, investors and professional advisers.

This is a senior client-side appointment offering the opportunity to influence the long-term success of one of the UK's most complex and dynamic real estate environments.
