In-House Counsel - Technology/Data - Hedge Fund

Simmons and Hanbury are exclusively partnered with a leading hedge fund who are seeking a senior lawyer to join their top-tier legal team on a rolling interim contract.

Reporting to the General Counsel, the role will help support across technology and privacy agreements in preparation for a reorganisation of the business.

Experience Requirements

• 5+ PQE either from a top tier law firm or similar financial institution.
• In-house experience either from a secondment or prior role highly desirable.
• Strong exposure to data transfer work and technology agreements.
• Ambitious, motivated, ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment.
