You'll sit at the heart of a newly restructured Board, leading financial strategy, commercial performance, and long‑term sustainability across a diverse portfolio of estates, facilities, sustainability, medical engineering and capital project services. Long‑term financial strategy, planning and reporting. Commercial strategy, contract performance and negotiations. Business development and growth opportunities. Governance, assurance and risk management. Efficiency, transformation and value‑for‑money programmes. A professional accountancy qualification (CIPFA, CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW). Senior financial leadership experience in a contract‑driven environment. Strong commercial acumen and experience managing FM/estates contracts. Operates with integrity, transparency, and commercial discipline. You'll help steer a growing organisation that plays a vital role in supporting safe, effective healthcare for women, children and families across Birmingham. You'll influence strategy at Board level, work closely with NHS partners, and help shape a modern, sustainable, high‑performing subsidiary. You will be entitled to 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and will be enrolled into the NEST pension scheme.
