The Role• Lead mechanical design across pharmaceutical & GMP projects • Oversee HVAC, cleanroom ventilation & environmental control systems • Develop contamination control & pressure cascade strategies • Lead utilities design (CHW, LTHW, steam, compressed air) • Mentor and grow the mechanical design team • Act as senior client-facing technical authority • Support commercial strategy & business development • Sign off and oversee detailed design delivery What They’re Looking For• Strong consultancy background (essential) • 10+ years mechanical building services design • Pharmaceutical / life sciences project experience • Cleanroom & GMP knowledge • Chartered or working toward CIBSE • Leadership ambition with Director-level capability
