About the role
We are partnering with a leading UK MedTech organisation to recruit a Marketing Executive who will play a key role in shaping clear, consistent and purposeful communication across the customer journey. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business where marketing has real strategic influence, helping to build trust, strengthen customer engagement and elevate the brand across every touchpoint.
This is a full-time potion based at our client’s head office in Watford.

Ideal Requirements for the Marketing Executive
* Strong communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging messaging that builds trust.
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities with consistency and care.
* Experience in marketing, content creation or campaign coordination across digital and customer-facing channels.
* A collaborative and commercially aware mindset, confident working across teams to improve communication and outcomes.
Role Responsibilities for the Marketing Executive
* Own and shape the brand’s messaging, ensuring every customer interaction feels clear, consistent and trustworthy.
* Lead engaging multi-channel campaigns that connect with customers and support business growth.
* Translate complex healthcare information into accessible, compelling communication that builds confidence.
* Partner closely with Sales and commercial teams to align messaging, strengthen engagement and drive results.
