Hours: Day
Pay: £19.50 per hour

We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established and growing engineering business for an experienced CNC Machinist to join their busy machine shop team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting, operating and adjusting machinery to manufacture precision components from raw materials, including producing and editing CNC programmes where required.
Key Responsibilities as a CNC Machinist:
Interpret engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
Set, operate and adjust CNC and other machine tools.
Produce, prove and edit CNC programmes.
Measure and inspect components to ensure quality and accuracy.
Work independently while maintaining high standards of H&S, quality and environmental practices.
Identify and resolve machining issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
About You:
Strong understanding of machining and manufacturing processes.
Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
Good mathematical and measurement skills, including speeds, feeds, angles and tolerances.
Knowledge of materials and machining applications.
Able to work from instructions while using your own initiative.
Previous experience in a machining/CNC environment is essential. xwzovoh
