About the role

Prysmian is seeking an HR Advisor to provide professional, customer-focused HR support to managers and employees across our manufacturing site. You will help deliver people initiatives, ensure compliance with UK employment law, and maintain accurate HR records.

The role includes recruitment, onboarding and reporting, with travel to the Aberdare site as required. You will bring experience as an HR Advisor or generalist, strong knowledge of employment legislation, and proficiency with HR systems
