Area Manager

Motorclean have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Area Manager, overseeing customer sites throughout Kent Motorclean provide vehicle preparation services to a wide range of automotive businesses across the UK including car dealerships, rental companies and auction retailers.

The purpose of this role is to manage the daily operations, promote excellent Customer Service and assist with the growth of the company.

Salary is £36,500 basic salary plus company bonus scheme.

Responsibilities: Deliver a high-quality service within agreed budgets and timescales Develop a close working relationship with the customer and operators Ensure that the business exceeds operational requirements in all respects, is fully compliant and operates in a manner that mitigates any potential reputational risk to the business.

Deliver results required within business plans which will include reporting on the companys performance Drive and share best practice across the business, adapting to changes required by the senior management team Responsible for new site launches and inductions Conduct regular reviews with customer contacts Travel to all sites regularly, ensuring all audits are completed by working closely with all team members. xwzovoh

Manage absences within the team including annual leave and sickness Recruit operators as required, utilising all recruitment methods at your disposal Enforce the company policy on health & safety and promote safe-working practices.
