Scaling multi-service consumer brand
This business is undertaking a major digital transformation of its flagship customer app, covering all services in one place, and they need someone to own the connective tissue that holds the whole experience together.
Own the "Welcome Experience," driving onboarding and digital adoption across the full customer lifecycle
Redesign the information architecture of the app and web estate, solving the technical bottleneck so domain teams can contribute autonomously without fragmenting the experience
Lead the creation of a simplified digital billing experience across multiple services
