Administrator

Are you an organised administrator with experience in onboarding, compliance or pre-employment screening? We're looking for an Onboarding Compliance Administrator to join a busy team supporting one of the UK's largest Government accounts. In this role, you'll manage end-to-end onboarding activities, ensuring all compliance checks are completed accurately and on time. You'll work closely with candidates, hiring managers and recruitment agencies to deliver a seamless onboarding experience while maintaining the highest standards of security and governance. Key Responsibilities Manage onboarding cases from offer through to start date. Process BPSS, DBS, right-to-work and pre-employment screening checks. Review and validate onboarding documentation, including passports, visas and employment references. Coordinate identity verification sessions and onboarding activities. Maintain accurate records across multiple systems, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness. Arrange IT accounts, equipment and system access for new starters. Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to keep onboarding on track. Identify and resolve onboarding issues while meeting agreed service levels. We're looking for someone with: Experience in onboarding, HR administration, recruitment, compliance, vetting or a similar administrative role. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously. Great communication and stakeholder management skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams.Desirable: Experience processing BPSS, DBS, right-to-work or other pre-employment checks.
