Service Advisor Role Job description: We are looking for an upbeat Service advisor to join our busy team as our service department expands! Our new team member will join an established team working at the front of house in our workshop.

Responsibilities: Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, filing and data entry.
Advise on pricing, generate invoices, and process payments.
Ability to relay information clearly to customers.
Answering phones in a timely, professional manner.
Always provide excellent customer service.
Greet clients with a helpful attitude.
Contribute to the workshop calendar, add bookings through our dealer management system and scheduling work with mechanics.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders via email on various workshop activities.
Work to dealer standards every day and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements: Experience in customer service is essential.
Able to efficiently multi-task and solve problems Exceptional customer service skills and accurate attention to detail Previous dealership experience is an advantage Professional dress and manner Must be a well-spoken, outgoing, and friendly professional Excellent communication skills and telephone manners Must be proficient in general computer knowledge.
Minimum Maths and English G.C.S.E grade C.
Experience working in a workshop environment advantage.
Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday from 8am to 6pm Friday 8am 4:30pm Enjoy Bank Holidays off and over Christmas.
