We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Passive Fire Manager based in Essex. Day to Day for Passive Fire Manager: Travel between sites throughout the day, supported by on-site teams Lead client meetings and maintain strong, professional client relationships throughout the contract Carry out tenant liaison across occupied social housing sites — a positive, people-focused approach is essential Order and manage fire door stock across multiple sites — strong knowledge of fire door specifications required Carry out initial project briefs and produce short-term schedules of works Manage labour and subcontractors across multiple sites, organising workflow and delegating tasks effectively Identify material requirements and liaise with the office to ensure timely delivery Implement and maintain HSEQ systems across all sitesBenefits for Passive Fire Manager: Paid holiday plus bank holidays  Pension Scheme Hybrid workingPlease apply or contact Ryan Smart at Build Recruitment for further details.
