Production Operative

We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Operative to support the efficient production of products within a designated area. You will help ensure quality, food safety, and health & safety standards are met while achieving production targets.
Key Responsibilities
Operate within a production area to meet output and performance targets
Follow all Food Safety, Quality, and Health & Safety procedures
Complete production checks, records, and paperwork accurately
Report machine issues, product defects, or non-conformances promptly
Carry out CCP checks where required
Operate machinery where applicable (full training provided)
Support and guide agency staff within the production area
Report near misses, accidents, or incidents when they occur
