About the role

Tailored Recruitment Partners are working with an a logistics business in Bradford to recuit a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary to permanent basis. Reporting into the Customer Service Manager your daily duties will include: * Process and manage customer bookings accurately and efficiently. * Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key accounts. * Manage customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. * Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfactory outcomes. * Ensure customer requirements are consistently met while delivering a high standard of service. * Support client retention initiatives by fostering positive customer relationships. * Produce and maintain KPI reports and performance metrics where required. * Assist with a variety of customer service and administrative support activities. * Contribute to continuous service improvement and operational efficiency. Essential Skills & Experience * Previous customer service experience is essential; experience within the transport or logistics industry would be advantageous. * A customer-focused approach with a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding service. * Ability to remain positive and professional in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritising workloads when required. * Reliable, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions. * Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and numerical skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a professional, courteous, and confident telephone manner. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
