Management Accountant

About the Company Our client is a well-established and highly regarded theatre production company, with shows currently running in London's West End. They are looking for a Management Accountant to join their finance team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a creative and fast-paced industry, supporting the financial operations behind some of the West End's biggest productions. The Role As Management Accountant, you will play a key role in the finance function, producing accurate management information and supporting commercial decision-making across the business. You'll work closely with senior finance and production stakeholders, gaining exposure to the unique financial workings of the theatre and entertainment industry. Key Responsibilities * Preparing timely and accurate monthly management accounts * Producing budgets, forecasts and variance analysis * Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes * Reconciling balance sheet accounts and resolving discrepancies * Supporting production teams with financial reporting on individual shows * Assisting with cash flow reporting and forecasting * Liaising with auditors and supporting the year-end audit process * Identifying process improvements within the finance function About You * CIMA qualified, or equivalent (ACCA/ACA), is ideal — part-qualified candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply * Previous experience in a management accounting role * Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems * Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills * Experience in the entertainment, media or creative industries would be an advantage, but is not essential What's on Offer * Salary up to £55,000, depending on experience * Hybrid working — 1 to 2 days from home per week * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Company pension scheme * Annual company holiday abroad * The chance to work within a well-loved and creative West End business How to Apply This role is being handled exclusively by Renzo Talent on behalf of our client.
