Job Description COSTS DRAFTSPERSON, MANCHESTER, 2+ YEARS EXPERIENCE, TO C£50,000 + COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS - Specialist Litigation Law Firm -
• This specialist personal injury practice has its own costs team that handle all aspects of costs relating to PI and Clinical Negligence matters.
Suitable candidates will have at least 2 years’ experience in costs litigation and will have a track record handling a fixed costs caseload reviewing inter partes disputes, negotiating settlement and preparing cases for summary and detailed assessment.
You will work closely with partner in charge, managing your own caseload of files, utilising a case management system.
