Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Salary: £45,000 Shift Pattern: Pitman Shift (Days & Nights) Are you a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for your next challenge within a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking a proactive and motivated engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business. Working as part of the engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining production equipment, reducing downtime, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities. Respond quickly and effectively to equipment breakdowns. Diagnose and repair both electrical and mechanical faults. Support continuous improvement projects to increase equipment reliability and efficiency. Ensure all maintenance work is completed in line with health and safety procedures. Accurately complete maintenance records and documentation. Work collaboratively with production teams to minimise downtime. Skills & Experience Required: Multi-skilled engineering background with both electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience. Experience working within a manufacturing, FMCG, food, packaging, or automated production environment. Electrical qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent. Knowledge of PLC fault finding would be advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance. What's on Offer: Competitive salary of £45,000.
