Registered Nurse

Role Overview We are recruiting Pediatric, Mental Health, and General Nurses for opportunities across Nottinghamshire. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care, support clinical governance, and contribute to safe, effective practice within multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Provide holistic nursing care to service users, ensuring dignity, privacy, and respect Deliver accurate observations, risk assessments, and care plans aligned with clinical needs Administer medication safely and in accordance with NMC standards and local policies Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation (including assessments, incident reporting, and nursing notes) Support safeguarding and escalation procedures in line with organisational policy Work collaboratively with doctors, allied health professionals, carers, and families Promote infection prevention and control, plus safe handling of equipment Contribute to audit, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice Maintain professional conduct in line with the NMC Code Required Experience & Qualifications NMC registration as an adult nurse / registered nurse (as applicable to your registration) At least 12 months of UK care experience Experience relevant to one (or more) of the following pathways: Pediatric nursing Mental health nursing General nursing Strong knowledge of UK healthcare standards, clinical procedures, and documentation requirements Ability to work shifts, including weekends and evenings (where required) Desirable Skills Experience within community, hospital, or care settings (ward, clinic, or service-based roles) Familiarity with safeguarding processes and mental health risk frameworks Confident communication with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams Evidence of delivering compassionate care under pressure Right to Work / Sponsorship No sponsorship available Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK
