This role focuses on sourcing and engaging candidates across the South West, supporting recruitment drives, and ensuring seamless onboarding for new hires. What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a customer-facing role is advantageous. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently over the phone and in person. * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. * Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team. * Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
