Production Associates

Blue Arrow is recruiting Production Associates. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a worldwide manufacturer, in a state-of-the-art facility based in Llantrisant. Salary: 30k per annum + Shift Allowance Hours: 12 hours shifts, days and nights Contract: Permanent Key Responsibilities: Manufacture agarose resin products in line with ISO9001 and pharmaceutical quality standards, ensuring right-first-time batch production. Follow approved risk assessments, work instructions, SOPs and batch records, with no deviation from defined process steps Undertaking any other reasonable tasks as required by the Management of the company Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated processes and equipment, responding to process conditions to maintain product quality Work strictly within site Health & Safety standards, including safe handling of hazardous chemicals and full adherence to PPE requirements Maintain high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and in-process testing in a controlled manufacturing environment Identify and escalate process, safety or quality issues immediately to prevent impact on product or operations Support shift team performance through clear communication and structured handovers Qualifications: Experience working in a production environment ideally pharmaceuticals or food industry.
