We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service and Remedial Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for problem-solving. As a Service and Remedial Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting ASHP services, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring optimal performance of our systems and equipment. Your expertise in various engineering tools and methodologies will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Duties

Carry out equipment servicing on ASHP, rectify and/or plan follow-up works.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
Complete all necessary compliance paperwork.
Demonstrate mechanical knowledge by interpreting schematics and technical drawings accurately.

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of engineering principles.
Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques and problem-solving methodologies.
Familiarity with multiple ASHP brands.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
