About the opportunity: We arecurrentlyseeking aFleet, Facilities and Risk Coordinatorto plan, direct, coordinate and oversee all functions related to the operation,maintenanceand compliance of EitC fleet vehicles, ensuring they meet safety and regulatory standards.
You willconduct inspections of EitC facilities to ensure they are safe for use and compliant with health and safety regulations, best practices and internal proceduresandbe responsible forcompletingand/or reviewingrisk assessments and safety reviews in respect of charitable assets and programmes.
AsFleet, Facilities and Risk Coordinatoryou willsupport the GovernanceManager inhealth and safety-related matters within the scope of fleet management and operations.
Safeguarding

To understand the Clubs Safeguarding policy, procedures, and best practice guidelines.

To use this understanding to ensure safe working practices,appropriate reportingof concerns and contribute positively to an Anti-bullying environment.
Who we are looking for: Essentially, weare looking for an individualwho has proven experience or knowledge of working in a fleet, health and safety or facilities role.
Our successful candidatemustpossesexcellent inter-personal skills andhave the ability tocommunicate concisely, assertively, and effectively and at all levels of theorganisation.
Otheressentialknowledgeand skills will include:

Full Clean UKdriving licence
-
MIDAS qualification, or willingness to undertake MIDAS certificate

Knowledge of conducting risk assessments

Ability to work flexibly,plan aheadand prioritise between tasks
-
Attention to detail and the ability toidentifyand solve problems quickly
The role will be offered on aPermanentContract, working 35 hours per week, please note that this role may require the successful postholder to work occasional eveningstoassistwith building closures.
The location of the role will be our EitC campus, L44DF
